This album features twelve original compositions written and arranged for clarinet and piano trio by Antonio Artese from 2008 to 2011.

Harmonic sophistication, swing, counterpoint, and a focus on the chromaticity of each instrument take the listener on a musical journey from mainstream to experimental jazz. Through their various approaches to improvisation each musician undertakes his own voyage, a deeply personal quest for creative expression.
